BCI Meeting 2010


Conference Registration

This meeting seeks to engage the broadest possible representation of people engaged in BCI research and development, with a strong emphasis on involvement of graduate students and postdoctoral fellows. Since the maximum number of participants is limited, preference will be given to those who have submitted abstracts and to students who have been strongly recommended by their mentors. Each person wishing to attend must complete the registration form and submit payment. Registrations will be confirmed, and your name will appear on the participants list within three business days.

CONFERENCE FEE

Early Bird Registration (Received on or before February 28, 2010) -$300
Registration received between March 1 - March 26, 2010 -$325
Late Registration (Received on or after March 27, 2010) -$350
Student Registration (please include a copy of current student ID)-$150

Housing Registration

Accommodations are available on the Asilomar campus where the BCI 2010 Conference is being held. Please complete the housing form on this website and submit with payment directly to the Asilomar Conference Center. Make note of cancellation deadlines.

Asilomar Services & Activities

A jitney (an on-grounds only shuttle service) is available to transport guests anywhere on the grounds. Priority is always given to the elderly and disabled.

ATM: Is located within the Asilomar's Phoebe A. Hearst Social Hall. Business Services: Fax and photocopying services are available at the Front Desk for a nominal charge. The Business Center provides modem lines, computer access, and a printer; inquire at the front desk for access and fee information.

Swimming: Asilomar's outdoor heated swimming pool (30 feet x 80 feet) is open from dawn to dusk each day, year-round. Towels are available for use at the pool only. Please note there is no life guard on duty at the pool.

Biking: Trail riding or beach riding is available. If you don't have your own bike, bikes are available for rent at the Park Store.

Hiking & Walking Trails: There are many trails for hiking and walking enthusiasts. With 107 acres of land at Asilomar, there's plenty of terrain to explore.

Shooting Pool: There are two antique pool tables located in the Phoebe A. Hearst Social Hall. Use of these pool tables is complimentary and all equipment is located right by the pool tables.

Park Store: Open from 6:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. daily, the Park Store features a wide selection of gift items and personal care products, as well as refreshments.
